Returns & Exchanges
Please read carefully. Once a purchase has been made, you will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms.
IMPORTANT - SALE ITEMS
All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Sale items may only be exchanged for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
FULL PRICE ITEMS
We are pleased to accept timely exchanges that must be processed within 10 days from receiving the parcel. Please note that we only offer refunds in the form of store credit.
All shipping costs that incur within the returns are the responsibility of the customer.
To proceed with a refund or exchange, please email hello@mingguthelabel.com including the order number and the reason for refund / exchange. We will then guide you through further steps.
If you have a faulty item please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a description of the fault. Once received in our office, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a store credit or repair the goods. In this case we will keep you informed.
We reserve the right to not accept returns / exchanges that are: damaged by the recipient, used, send or communicated outside of 10 days within receiving. Items that are returned not in sale-able condition will be sent back and no credit or refund will be issued.
