Domestic Delivery (Indonesia)

Free Domestic Delivery on all orders 

All domestic orders are sent using JNE and will arrive within 2-4 business days. 

All Indonesian shipping is free. Please allow 7 business days for remote locations in Indonesia. 

For express Bali orders please contact +6285339392648 and we can arrange same day Gojek delivery.

International Delivery

Free International Delivery on all order over $175 USD

All international orders are sent with FedEx express service and are shipped from Bali, Indonesia.
Please allow 4-12 days for international orders to arrive.
All the orders are tracked and you will receive your tracking number once the order is shipped which will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

International Taxes & Duty

No hidden costs or surprise fees. Final price is paid at the checkout, you will not be charged any further fees upon receiving the package.

To avoid any delivery delays and unforseen charges we send all of our international orders DDP (delivery duty paid) basis. Taxes and duties will be calculated at the checkout once the delivery address is entered. 

For all shipping destinations, duty is clearly itemised at the checkout and throughout the checkout process. If you opt out of paying duty up front you may email hello@mingguthelabel.com and we will help you to arrange it, in this case it is your responsibility to pay any applicable charges on delivery.

If you decide to opt out, the shipping company will contact you by telephone once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. This may delay your delivery time as goods held at customs will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods. 

Please note, duty is applied as a flat-rate percentage of total item value for all products. If you believe that you have been overcharged for duty please contact Customer Care on hello@mingguthelabel.com c and we will be happy to investigate the position and refund any difference as appropriate.
